MORRISON AND MARY WILEY LIBRARY BANKING PROCEDURE POLICY

The Head Librarian, Book Keeper and Library Board of Trustees Treasurer of the Morrison and Mary Wiley Library are authorized to make deposits into appropriate library accounts. Such deposits include, but are not limited to, the deposit of accumulated fees and fines, gifts, donations, grants and tax receipts.

The Library Board of Trustees Treasurer and Book Keeper are authorized to transfer funds from one library account to another library account for payment of monthly library bills

The Head Librarian and Book Keeper of the Morrison and Mary Wiley Library are not authorized to sign checks from library accounts. The Head Librarian and Book Keeper are authorized to cash checks to reimburse the petty cash fund. The Library Board of Trustees Treasure and the President of the Five Person Board are allowed to sign checks.
