MORRISON AND MARY WILEY LIBRARY OVERTIME/COMPENSATION TIME POLICY
All
employees will be paid for the actual hours worked. If an employee reaches 22 hours in a week it
is their responsibility to inform the Head Librarian of this fact so that an alternative
work schedule can be prepared. Overtime
will not be paid. If an alternative work
schedule can not be set in place and an employee works over 40 hours in a week
then they must take that number of hours off during the next work week. This must be arranged through the Head Librarian.
